1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”) govern all sales made through the website www.fall-one-survival.com, operated by Fall-One Survival, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 944 763 911, and whose registered office is located at 12 rue de la Part-Dieu, 69003 LYON, France.

These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of online product sales offered by Fall-One Survival to any adult consumer or legally emancipated minor residing in mainland France or Europe.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and may show slight variations that do not affect the essential characteristics of the products.

 

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), but excluding shipping fees.
Fall-One Survival reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

 

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The order process includes the following steps:

1. Selecting products and adding them to the cart

2. Reviewing and validating the cart

3. Entering personal and delivery information

4. Choosing a shipping method

5. Secured payment via Stripe (credit/debit card)

6. Order confirmation by email

Fall-One Survival reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an ongoing dispute with the customer, non-payment (in full or in part) of a previous order, or suspected fraud.

 

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe)

• Other secure payment options available through Stripe

The total amount is charged at the time of order confirmation.

 

6. Delivery

Delivery zones: Mainland France and Europe (excluding French overseas territories)
Estimated delivery times: 3–5 business days for France, 5–10 business days for Europe
Carriers: La Poste/Colissimo, Chronopost, and (soon) local pickup points

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed before final order confirmation.

If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the announced timeframe, the customer may request to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Exceptions (non-refundable):

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Food products past their expiration date (DLC)

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email at contact@fall-one-survival.com.
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, and unused.
Return shipping costs are covered by Fall-One Survival.

 

8. Legal Guarantees

Fall-One Survival complies with the following legal guarantees:

• Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code)

• Guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)

If a product is defective or non-compliant, the customer may request an exchange or a refund.

 

9. Liability

Fall-One Survival cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of a product or from causes beyond its contractual obligations.

 

10. Personal Data

The personal information collected is required to process orders.
It is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website, and in full compliance with the GDPR.

 

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Lyon, France.
