Refund Policy
and returns

1. Legal withdrawal period

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

 

2. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Foodstuffs if the use-by date (UBD) has passed

 

3. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the products must:

• Be complete, unused, and in their original packaging

• Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

 

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are covered by Fall-One Survival.
We will provide you with a prepaid label for returning the package.

 

5. Refund procedure

To request a refund, contact us by email:

contact@fall-one-survival.com

specifying:

• Your order number

• The reference of the article(s) concerned

• The reason for return (optional)

Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.

 

6. Defective or non-compliant products

In case of defective or non-compliant product, please contact us immediately at contact@fall-one-survival.com with supporting photos.
We will arrange an exchange or full refund, including delivery charges.
