1. Delivery Areas

Fall-One Survival ships its products to the following destinations:

• Mainland France

• Europe (excluding French overseas territories and regions not covered by our carriers)

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We primarily work with:

• La Poste / Colissimo: standard home delivery with tracking

• Chronopost: express delivery

• Pickup points: coming soon

Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days

• Europe: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are expressed in business days and may vary during busy periods or in the event of exceptional circumstances (strikes, severe weather, etc.).

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order.
They are displayed before payment confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

5. Receipt and Inspection

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the parcel and report any anomaly (damaged package, missing or defective item) to both the carrier and Fall-One Survival within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Delivery Delays

If delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days beyond the estimated timeframe, you may request the cancellation of your order and a full refund, in accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

 

7. Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will remain the customer’s responsibility.
